Exchanges are not permitted for the same reason.

We are not responsible for any tarnishing or wear caused by exposure to water, chemicals, or improper storage.

 

Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

 

If approved, a refund will be issued within 2–7 business days.

 

We do not guarantee refunds for claims raised beyond this window.

 

 30-day Stone Loss Warranty


We cover stone loss due to manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase.


After 30 days, we do not accept liability for stones as those are glued unlike diamonds, it needs to be handled with care
